Lakeside courts since 1920. Run by volunteers, played by all levels, open March to October.
The Penticton Tennis Club has been serving the South Okanagan since 1920.
We sit adjacent to Okanagan Lake in beautiful Penticton, BC. Four professional courts with lighting and windscreens; we host members of every level from beginners through to provincial-tournament players. The season runs early March to late October, with a die-hard winter group keeping the courts active whenever they're clear of snow.
The club is host to several long-running tournaments — the Birks Cup (men's doubles, now in its 106th year), the Ainsley Cup (women's doubles), and the Kate Kimberley Cup (women's singles, in memory of a beloved fellow player).
